1. Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and other payment modes supported by Razorpay.
- Transaction Charges: Any applicable transaction or convenience fees will be displayed at the time of payment.
- Payment Confirmation: Once payment is successfully completed, an email/SMS confirmation will be sent to the registered email address or mobile number.
- Security: All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, ensuring encryption and fraud protection.
- Auto-Debit & Recurring Payments: If subscribed to any recurring services, users must authorize auto-debit, which can be modified or canceled at any time.
2. Order Processing & Delivery
- Order Confirmation: Orders are processed upon successful payment verification.
- Service Fulfillment: Delivery timelines depend on the service category and are communicated at the time of booking.
- Order Processing & Delivery Time: Order Processing will be processed within 1-7 business days
- Failed Transactions: In case of payment failure, customers are advised to retry with a valid payment method.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Customer: Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping or delivery. Refund eligibility depends on the service type.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for failed transactions, duplicate payments, and service non-fulfillment by Rider’s Kart.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment source.
- Non-Refundable Payments: Payments for already delivered services or completed e-commerce transactions are non-refundable.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: In case of disputes, users are encouraged to contact our support before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

- Transaction Monitoring: We monitor transactions to detect fraudulent activity and reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you notice an unauthorized transaction, report it to support@riderskart.online within 24 hours.
